Zodiac Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded town planning consultancy in Leeds City Centre, who are looking to expand their team with the addition of a talented Town Planner.

The Role:
As a Town Planner, you will be involved in a variety of planning projects across sectors, supporting senior staff while also managing your own caseload. This role offers excellent scope for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery across a wide range of developments
- Assisting with planning appeals and policy work
Requirements:
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a planning role (public or private sector)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ambition to progress within a consultancy environment
