The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle—from initial appraisals through to submission and negotiation of planning applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
- Supporting project management and delivery across multiple schemes
- Contributing to planning strategy and development opportunities
About You
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Working towards (or already achieved) MRTPI status
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially aware mindset
