The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and heritage. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be involved in:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile developments
- Contributing to planning strategies and reports
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- A degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
- Progress towards (or interest in) MRTPI status
- Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for planning
