A leading private planning consultancy based in Central London is seeking to appoint an Associate Planner or Senior Associate to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional with 6-8 years' experience to take on a key role within the business, working on a high-quality portfolio of projects with a strong focus on commercial development and retail schemes across London and the UK.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in delivering complex planning projects, including:
·Leading and managing planning applications and appeals
·Advising clients on planning strategy for commercial and retail developments
·Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
·Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
·Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
·Contributing to business development activities
About You
·6-8 years' experience in a planning role
·Strong background in the private sector consultancy environment
·Proven experience working on commercial development and retail projects
·Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system
·Strong project management and client-facing skills
·MRTPI qualified (or close to achieving)
