About the Role: Are you a seasoned Town Planner with a wealth of experience in the commercial sector? Our client, a leading Town Planning consultancy based in Central London, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including retail, trade, warehouse schemes, and foodstore/retail park developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex town planning projects.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Prepare planning applications and manage the submission process.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Ensure compliance with planning regulations and standards.
Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in town planning.

Proven experience in the commercial sector.

Demonstrated ability to run and manage projects effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic, career-minded, and committed to personal development.

No need to bring an existing client base—projects are ready and waiting.
Salary: £65k - £75k+ (depending on experience)
