Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Salary: £35k - £45k

About the Role: Zodiac Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading Town Planning consultancy in London to find an experienced and motivated Senior Town Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of exciting projects within the commercial and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects, including attending and chairing meetings.
- Undertake retail work, including sequential assessments and (ideally) retail impact assessments.
- Work on a mix of retail, trade, and warehouse schemes, as well as foodstore/retail park schemes and potentially local authority retail studies.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Town Planning.
- Proven experience in commercial and retail planning, including retail assessments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, career-minded, and committed to personal development.

- Holiday: 25 days per year (rising to 28 after 7 years of service)
