Senior Town Planner / Principal Town Planner

📍 Leeds | 💼 Permanent | 💰 £45,000 – £55,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner or Principal Town Planner to join a well-established and growing company based out of their Leeds office.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the public and private sectors, with real scope for progression and influence within the team.

The Role

• Managing and delivering a range of planning applications and projects

• Providing clear planning advice to clients and stakeholders

• Leading projects and supporting junior team members (Principal level)

• Engaging with local authorities and key consultees

• Contributing to business development and client relationships

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards, depending on level)

• Proven experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role

• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system

• Confident communicator with good report-writing skills

• Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
