Senior Town Planner / Principal Town Planner

I’m currently working with a highly respected, nationwide planning consultancy to appoint a Senior Town Planner or Principal Town Planner to join their growing team in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier planning consultancy with offices across the UK and an outstanding reputation in the planning and development sector. I’m heading up this vacancy directly after speaking with the company’s Director, who is keen to strengthen their Leeds team with an experienced planner.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across a wide range of sectors, including residential and urban living developments, education schemes (schools and higher education), student accommodation, retail and town centre projects, commercial and employment developments, healthcare facilities, leisure and hospitality schemes, and large-scale mixed-use and regeneration projects.
