Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the built environment and a keen interest in shaping the future of our towns and cities? We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded planning consultancy in London who are looking to bring a motivated Graduate Town Planner into their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm where you’ll work alongside experienced planners on a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the planning process — from site appraisals and policy research through to preparing planning applications and liaising with clients and local authorities.
The Role:

Supporting senior planners on a diverse range of planning projects

Conducting planning research and site assessments

Preparing planning statements, reports, and application documentation

Attending meetings with clients and local planning authorities
-
Contributing to project delivery within agreed timescales and budgets
About You:
-
Degree in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited course advantageous)

Strong academic background, with A-levels at grades A–B (or equivalent)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

Confident, proactive, and eager to develop a professional career in planning

A genuine interest in planning policy, development, and urban design
