Town Planner – Central London (£32k - £38 DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a full-service property consultancy. Our client is looking for a Town Planner to join their well-established planning team in the Central London office.

Salary: £32k - £38k DOE
About the Role:
As a Town Planner, you’ll be involved in a broad spectrum of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll develop hands-on experience in handling complex planning applications and contribute to every stage of the process, from initial appraisal to final determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and coordinate planning applications, assisting with the management of appeals where required.
- Carry out site appraisals and research to inform planning strategies and project recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing planning reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Work alongside senior planners on complex or large-scale developments, providing technical and project support.
About You:
- You hold an RTPI-accredited or equivalent planning qualification.
- You’re either MRTPI-qualified or on track to achieve chartered status.
- You have a solid grasp of the UK planning system and hands-on experience in practice.
- Experience in the private sector would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
