The Role
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team of planning professionals working on a diverse portfolio of projects – from agricultural and equestrian developments to rural diversification, tourism, and renewable energy schemes.
Your work will involve:

Managing a range of planning applications, appeals, and rural development projects.

Providing expert advice to clients on planning strategy and policy.

Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and landowners.

Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
You’ll likely be:

MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation).

Experienced in planning consultancy, ideally with a focus on rural or environmental projects.

Confident managing projects from concept through to delivery.

A clear communicator who enjoys client interaction and problem-solving.
A background in rural planning, environmental management, or property development would be a distinct advantage.
