Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a varied portfolio of planning projects across rural and mixed-use developments
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Oversee budgets, project coordination, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
  • Provide strategic planning advice and support across multiple disciplines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5+ years of post-qualification planning experience
  • Proven success in business development and project delivery
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and client management skills
  • Commercially minded, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Understanding of rural planning issues (beneficial, not essential)

  • £40k - £50k plus benefits
