Location: Various UK Locations (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £25,000–£29,000 (DOE) + benefits

The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
- Undertake site appraisals and planning research.
- Support senior team members with client meetings, reports, and planning statements.
- Contribute to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
You’ll benefit from structured training, professional mentorship, and full support towards achieving MRTPI accreditation.
About You
We’re looking for motivated and proactive graduates who are eager to learn and grow. You should have:
- RTPI accredited MSc Degree in Town Planning is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- A genuine interest in planning, development, and shaping sustainable communities.
