The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering complex planning projects from inception through to determination. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a range of planning applications and appeals

• Preparing planning appraisals, policy reviews, and development strategies

• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders

• Mentoring junior team members where appropriate

• Supporting business development and contributing to the team’s growth

About You:

• MRTPI qualified (or close to qualification)

• 4-7 years’ experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or development

• Proven ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the development process

• Confident in client-facing situations and able to build strong professional relationships
