Town Planner – Leeds

📍 Leeds | £29,000 – £35,000 DOE

I’m currently working with an established town planning consultancy that is looking to appoint a Town Planner to join their team in Leeds.

This is a great opportunity for a planner looking to develop their career within an established consultancy, working on a varied range of planning projects alongside an experienced team.

The role

You’ll be involved in a range of planning projects, supporting and managing planning applications, providing planning advice, undertaking research and working closely with clients, consultants and local authorities.

You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience across a varied project portfolio, while continuing to develop your career within the consultancy.

What they’re looking for

• Previous experience in a town planning role

• Good understanding of the UK planning system

• Experience with planning applications and project work

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ideally working towards MRTPI or with a clear interest in progressing towards chartership
