Land and Planning Assistant

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Land and Planning Assistant to join a respected development firm as part of their South West based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial schemes.

The successfulLand and Planning Assistant will be working alongside Senior staff to identify potential sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations.

For this role candidates are sought with:

• A relevant town planning/ related degree and ideally a further MSc preferably accredited by both the RTPI and RICS
• One years' post qualification town planning / surveying experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
