Senior Town Planner – Oxfordshire

We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded planning consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Oxfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for a planner looking to take the next step in their career, working on a varied portfolio of projects while being part of a supportive and collaborative consultancy.

The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Manage a range of planning projects and applications
• Provide planning advice to clients and stakeholders
• Work across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
• Prepare planning reports, statements and submissions
• Liaise with local authorities and other consultants
• Support junior members of the team and contribute to business development

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Several years' experience within a planning consultancy
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
• Experience managing planning applications and projects
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• MRTPI status or be working towards chartership
