My client in the South East looking for a senior/principal enforcement officer on an intial 6 months contract (with the view to extend)

Experience:

·You will play a fundamental role in serving a variety of enforcement notices, drafting witness statements for inquiries, and negotiating for retrospective planning permission.

·You will be responsible for investigating and managing a caseload of planning enforcement cases, from small-scale breaches to large/complex cases which may require you to represent at planning appeals.

· G&T experience would be a bonus!

Working arrangements:

· Inside IR35.

The hourly rate ranges from £40p/h to £50p/h depending on your experience.

This is a full time role but working arrangements have been left flexible. (Compressed hours may be considered)
