A local authority client in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Planning Officer or Senior Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

The Role
- Handling a caseload of:
- Minor applications
- Complex minor applications
- Small major applications
- Working as part of an experienced planning team
- Flexible working available, with attendance mainly required for site visits

- Rate: £35–£45 per hour DOE
