Senior / Principal Planning Officer
East Midlands | 6-Month Contract | Flexible Working

A Local Authority in the East Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Senior or Principal Planning Officer on an initial 6-month contract with an ASAP start available.

The role will involve managing a mixed Development Management caseload, including a variety of minor and major applications, within a busy and supportive planning team.

The council is looking to move quickly and has interview slots available this Friday and Monday.

Candidates should have:

• Recent Local Authority Development Management experience
• Experience handling a varied caseload independently
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to start at short notice preferred
