The Role
As a Senior Planner, you’ll take a leading role in managing projects and supporting junior team members, with responsibilities including:
- Leading on planning applications, appeals, and site promotions
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Providing strategic planning advice across a diverse project portfolio
- Mentoring and supporting junior planners
- Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
- Contributing to business development and winning new work
About You
We’re interested in candidates who:
- Have solid experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
- Are MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving it)
- Demonstrate strong project management and organisational skills
- Are confident in client-facing situations
- Have a proactive, commercially aware mindset
