The Role
As a Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering planning strategies across a variety of developments. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Undertaking site appraisals and planning research
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-profile projects
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who:
- Have experience in either consultancy or local authority planning
- Possess a relevant degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Are working towards (or have achieved) MRTPI status
- Have strong report writing and communication skills
- Are commercially aware and motivated to progress
