About the Role
An established and expanding planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Chartered Planner to join its Devon-based team at Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with a strong commercial mindset to take on a leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of projects and contributing to the growth of the business.
You will work across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage, supporting a wide variety of clients from national developers to private individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion
- Preparing planning appraisals, applications, and appeals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Playing an active role in business development and growth
- Delivering clear, commercially focused planning advice
Requirements
- Chartered Planner (RTPI Member)
- Strong, broad planning experience across multiple sectors
- Good commercial awareness of development and consultancy
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects
- Full UK driving licence
