I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded planning consultancy that is looking to appoint a Strategic Town Planner into their growing Bristol team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of strategic land and development projects across the UK.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of strategic planning work, including:
- Supporting and leading on planning applications and appeals
- Promoting sites through the local plan process
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
- Contributing to client relationships and wider project delivery
About You
The successful candidate is likely to:
- Have experience within town planning (private or public sector)
- Hold a relevant planning degree
- Be MRTPI qualified or working towards it
- Possess a strong understanding of the UK planning system
- Be a confident communicator with strong report-writing skills
- Demonstrate a proactive and commercially aware mindset
