You'll be joining a well-regarded planning team where your expertise will make a real difference. The council has a strong pipeline of CIL work and you'll hit the ground running from day one — with the flexibility of working entirely from home.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have solid, hands-on experience in:
- Community Infrastructure Levy administration and compliance
- Working within a local authority planning environment
- Liaising with developers, applicants, and internal stakeholders
- Managing CIL demands, exemptions, and relief applications
- A confident, self-sufficient approach to remote working
