An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Land Buyer to join a well-established and growing residential development company, based in Romsey.

This is a fantastic entry-level role for an ambitious graduate looking to build a long-term career in land acquisition and development within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Land Buyer, you will support the land team in identifying and securing new development opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience across the full land acquisition process, including:

• Assisting in the identification and appraisal of potential development sites

• Supporting the preparation of land bids and offers

• Conducting site research and due diligence

• Liaising with agents, landowners, and local authorities

• Monitoring local plans and planning policy to identify opportunities

• Supporting negotiations and helping progress sites through to acquisition

About You

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Hold a degree in a relevant subject such as Real Estate, Geography, Planning, or Property Development

• Have a strong interest in land acquisition and residential development

• Possess excellent analytical and research skills

• Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Be motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
