The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll work alongside experienced planners, gaining exposure to the full planning process—from research and site appraisals through to application submissions and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site research and planning policy analysis
- Supporting senior team members on project delivery
- Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders
- Preparing reports and planning statements
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
- A strong interest in UK planning policy and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ideally working towards (or keen to pursue) RTPI accreditation
