The Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to join a supportive and dynamic planning team where you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of projects. From residential and mixed-use developments to rural and strategic land promotions, you’ll be exposed to all aspects of the planning process from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Supporting senior planners with project delivery and client liaison
- Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders
- Contributing to planning statements and reports
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
- Ambition to work towards MRTPI status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in UK planning policy and development
