I am assisting a local authority in London who require an interim Principal Planning Officer to join their team.
Working within Development Management, you will acquire a caseload of major applications, including significant PPA schemes.
They are keen to find someone who can lead large scale projects. This council is going through an interesting time, working on a number of high profile regeneration schemes, and are keen to speak with candidates with experience in other LPAs of a similar nature.
You will need to be in the office 1-2 days per week, however which days you choose are up to you.
This is an initial 6-month contract and is likely to be extended due to the nature of the work.
The Council can offer up to £50 per hour, inside IR35.
