I am assisting a Local Authority in Hampshire who require an Senior Planning Officer to join their team.



Working within Development Management, you will acquire a caseload of minor and small major applications



Although not monthly, there will be some requirement to be present at Planning Committee too.



You will need to be in the office 1-2 days per week, however which days you choose are up to you.



This is an initial 3-month contract, however, is likely to be extended.



The Council can offer up to £45 per hour, inside IR35.
