My client in the Surrey area are in need of a Principal Planning Officer on a temporary basis to help with a caseload of Major Applications, please see the below details and responsibilities.

Job Details

  • Location: Surrey
  • Role: Principal Planning Officer
  • Rate: £50-55 per hour
  • Contract Length: 6 month contract
  • Office/Site Attendance: Once a week ideally (happy to be flexible)

What they are looking for:

  • Major Applications of 200 units
  • Greenbelt experience
  • Sign Offs Ideally
