Town Planner – Sheffield – £30,000 to £35,000
I’m working with a nationwide planning consultancy that’s looking for a Town Planner to join their expanding Sheffield office. The Role:
As a Town Planner, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to complex planning applications and the full planning process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Conducting site appraisals and research

Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities

Assisting in the preparation of planning statements and reports

Supporting senior planners on major projects
Requirements:

RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification
-
Ideally MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership

Some experience within a planning consultancy or local authority

Strong communication and report-writing skills
-
A proactive attitude and passion for planning
Salary & Benefits:

£30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
