The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll take ownership of your own projects while supporting the wider team on complex developments. Responsibilities will include:

Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals

Conducting site appraisals and planning research
-
Providing strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders
-
Engaging with local authorities and third parties throughout the planning process
-
Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You:
-
MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
-
5+ years’ planning experience within a consultancy, developer, or local authority environment
-
Strong understanding of the UK planning system
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Commercially minded with the ability to build strong client relationships
-
A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
