The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of planning projects from concept through to determination. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and preparing planning applications, appraisals, and supporting documents

Providing expert planning advice to clients and internal teams
-
Leading stakeholder and local authority engagement

Supporting more junior team members with technical guidance and mentorship

Building and maintaining relationships with key clients across the public and private sectors
About You:

MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation)
-
Relevant experience within a planning consultancy, developer, or local authority
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex applications

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-
A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
