The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting and leading on a variety of planning projects, including:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Delivering high-quality planning advice to clients across multiple sectors

Managing projects from inception through to consent, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
-
Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to secure successful outcomes

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
About You:
-
MRTPI qualified, or actively working towards chartership
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within consultancy or local authority

Strong understanding of UK planning policy and legislation
-
Excellent communication, report-writing, and project management skills
-
Commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused
-
Confident working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
