The Role:
As a Town Planner, you will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including:

Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting statements
-
Providing strategic planning advice to colleagues and external stakeholders
-
Monitoring local plans and identifying development opportunities
-
Managing relationships with local authorities and key consultants
-
Supporting land acquisition and development teams with planning input throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
-
RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
-
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
-
2–4 years’ experience within a developer, consultancy, or local authority
-
Strong understanding of residential planning policy and processes
-
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
-
Proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
