They're now looking to grow their Cardiff-based team with the addition of a talented Senior Town Planner.
The Opportunity

Based in modern city-centre offices (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll work across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments — often on high-profile or sensitive planning applications that shape communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver a variety of planning projects, including site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals

Provide expert planning advice to a diverse client base including developers, landowners, local authorities, and investors

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Support and mentor junior members of the team

Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the regional planning offer
About You:

MRTPI qualified, with several years' experience in a consultancy or local authority environment

Confident working on complex planning applications and managing clients directly
-
Strong knowledge of Welsh and UK planning policy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
