The Role:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will assist in delivering a variety of planning projects from initial research through to submission. You’ll work closely with senior planners and other professionals across the business to gain hands-on experience in all areas of planning, helping to prepare planning applications, appraisals, and policy representations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals

Undertake planning research, site appraisals, and policy analysis

Assist in the preparation of planning statements and reports

Liaise with local authorities, clients, and consultants

Provide general administrative and technical support to senior team members
About You:
To succeed as a Graduate Town Planner, you will hold (or be expecting) a degree or master’s qualification in Town Planning or a related RTPI-accredited discipline. A genuine interest in planning and the development process, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail are essential. Some prior placement or internship experience in planning (public or private sector) would be advantageous but is not essential.
