As Director of Planning, you will play a key leadership role within the Cambridge team, shaping the office’s strategy, mentoring staff, and driving business development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert planning advice to a wide range of clients

About You

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded planner with:

• MRTPI accreditation

• A proven track record at Associate Director / Director level (or equivalent)

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people

• Excellent client relationship and business development capabilities

• In-depth knowledge of the planning system and experience working on complex projects
