Associate Town Planner 
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
Location: Kent – Flexible working

This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving planning consultancy at a pivotal time in its growth. My client is seeking someone who not only wants to lead but also has long-term ambitions for equity and shares in the business.

About You
MRTPI qualified with strong experience at Senior or Associate level.
Private sector background, not essential to have a client base that would follow. 
Confident in client management and capable of winning/retaining work.
Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent.
Commercially minded with an interest in the future direction of the business.
