The Role 📌

• Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham planning team, ensuring delivery of exceptional results across major residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration projects.

• Take overall responsibility for client relationships, offering senior-level expertise and guidance.

• Contribute to the overall business strategy and play a key role in the consultancy’s nationwide growth.

About You 👤

• MRTPI qualified with extensive post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment.

• A proven track record of leading high-profile planning projects and advising major clients.

• Strong business development skills with evidence of winning and growing client accounts.

• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team 💼.

• Commercially astute and ambitious, with the vision to drive both the team and business forward.
