PLANNING OFFICER – MIDLANDS | £35–£40 PER HOUR | 6-MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT

We’re seeking an experienced Planning Officer to join a Midlands-based local authority on an initial 6-month rolling contract, with a strong focus on household applications and minor planning applications.

The Details:

• Rate: £35–£40 per hour

• Contract: Initial 6 months, rolling thereafter

• Location: Midlands

• Working Pattern: Just 1 day per week in the office, with the remainder worked remotely

• Workload: Householder applications and minor planning applications
