Senior Town Planner – Planning Consultancy

Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE

A reputable planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join its expanding team.

You will work on a diverse range of projects, advising clients on planning strategy, preparing planning statements, coordinating applications and identifying development opportunities across the residential and commercial sectors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a planning consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation.
  • MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
  • Excellent client-facing and report-writing skills.
