Principal Planning Officer | Midlands | 12 Month Contract
We’re currently looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join a planning team in the Midlands on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take on a major application caseload, while also providing guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team.
12 Month Contract
£60 p/h (5.6k take home)
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong experience at Principal Planning Officer
Proven experience handling major planning applications
Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and development management
The confidence to provide mentoring, guidance and professional support to junior officers
Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently
