DM Team Leader (Town Planning)

£68 to £70 per hour
 
Initial 6 Month Contract with view to extend
 
My client has a need for an experienced Town Planning Professional with managerial experience within an LPA Development Management department.
 
At present the council is requesting management to be present in the office ideally once a  week / fortnight.
 
My client is looking for a start date in the next few weeks.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
·An experienced DM team leader with a proven track record of overseeing a planning team
·Comfortable with sign off responsibilities and taking on a small caseload
