Graduate Town Planner – Leeds

We’re supporting a leading planning consultancy in Leeds who are looking to bring a motivated Graduate Town Planner into their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed (or is close to completing) an RTPI‑accredited degree and is ready to take the first step in their planning career. You’ll work across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, gaining hands‑on experience while being supported by experienced planners who will help you progress towards chartership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting planning applications, appeals and development proposals

• Conducting research, site appraisals and policy reviews

• Preparing reports, statements and planning documentation

• Working closely with clients, local authorities and internal teams

• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for:

• RTPI‑accredited degree (Town Planning or related discipline)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

• Enthusiasm for planning, development and shaping communities

• A proactive, positive approach to learning and progression
