I’m currently working with a well-established planning consultancy based in Chester who are looking to appoint an Associate Planner to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planner looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and highly regarded consultancy.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied portfolio of planning projects
- Providing planning advice to clients
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and other consultants
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The ideal candidate will have previous consultancy experience, strong knowledge of the UK planning system and excellent communication and project management skills. MRTPI or working towards chartership would be advantageous.
