Town Planner

I'm currently working with a well-established, independent planning and design consultancy that is looking to welcome a Town Planner to its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative consultancy where you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, rural and mixed-use sectors. Working alongside experienced Chartered Planners and an in-house design team, you'll be involved in projects from initial feasibility through to planning applications, appeals and delivery.

The Role
·Prepare and submit planning applications.
·Produce planning appraisals, statements and reports.
·Liaise with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
·Manage projects from inception through to determination.
·Assist with planning appeals and negotiations.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You
·RTPI accredited degree (or equivalent).
·MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership.
·Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
·Full UK driving licence preferred.
