I'm currently working with a respected consultancy in Colchester that is looking to grow its planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land sectors, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- Preparing and submitting planning applications.
- Managing projects from initial appraisal through to determination.
- Providing planning advice to a broad range of clients.
- Preparing planning appraisals, reports and supporting documents.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders throughout the planning process.
About You
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
- RTPI qualified or working towards Chartership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage your own workload while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
