I am working with a Local Authority in the North of England who are currently on the lookout for a Principal Planning Officer. They can offer fully remote working with site visits required approximately once per month on a 6-month rolling contract.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out site visits as required
• Working on large major applications

Candidate’s Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience within the Planning industry
• Experience working within a Local Authority
• RTPI membership beneficial
• Previous experience working on large major applications

Working Arrangements:

• Looking to pay between £50-55 per hour (Inside IR35)
• 100% remote working with no office presence required
• Site visits approximately once per month
• Happy to wait up to 4 weeks' notice for the right candidate
